This Open Heart Breathing practice is very simple:
* You lie down and relax to music specially designed for Open Heart Breathing
* You breathe deeply into your heart to the rhythm of the music.
Throughout your journey I stay by your side and accompany you.
* Then I invite you to resume natural breathing and you let yourself slide into deep integration.
* And finally we come to close the session gently.
An individual session lasts 90 minutes and can be done as a single, weekly or monthly session.
